L'Exposition UNIQUE CORN à MONTREAL s'envient!
70 Artistes des Maritimes et de Montréal ensembles dans une exposition de Licornes! (Notez qu'il y avait originalement 70 Artistes mais 11 Artistes on cancellé à la dernière minute et 4 on été ajoutés!)
Voici la mission de Unique Corn:
INTRO
Unique Corn est une initiative artistique originalement fondé en Aout 2010 par l'artiste Pascal Leo Cormier (Payazo), avec son ami et collègue artiste Jean-Pierre Morin (JEEP). en collaboration avec la Galerie E dans l'A (Jean-Marc Dugas / Johnny Talk Talk) à Moncton, au Nouveau-Brunswick, Canada.
MISSION
La mission de Unique Corn est d'organiser et de promouvoir des expositions d'art collective avec des thèmes souvent farfelus, droles et amusant, avec les objectifs suivants:
1. METTRE EN LUMIÈRE l'idée qu'il y a une place pour l'humour et le plaisir dans les Beaux-Arts.
2. CONSTRUIR DES PONDS entre ce qu'on appelle le "High Brow Art", qui est généralement considéré comme étant les "Beaux-Arts", et le "Low Brow Art", qui est généralement classifié comme de l'Art "Underground". Ces deux monde avancent maintenant en pleine vitesse dans des chemins parallèles, mais qui ne semblent jamais se rencontrer. Unique Corn cherche à marier tous ces styles ensemble dans une espace, et ce d'une façon amusante qui fonctionne.
3. INSPIRER LES ARTISTES à possiblement explorer des thèmes en dehors de leur cadre de travail habituel, ou leur zone de confort, et d'avoir du plaisir à le faire!
Unique Corn est maintenant basé à Montréal, QC.

63 Artists from both the Maritimes and Montreal, together in a Unicorn exhibition! (Note that the exhibition originally featured 70 Artists but 11 pulled out at the last minute and four were added!)

The mission of Unique Corn:

Unique Corn is an artistic initiative originally founded in August of 2010 by artist Pascal Leo Cormier (Payazo), with his friend and fellow artist Jean-Pierre Morin (JEEP). in collaboration with E dans L’A (Jean-Marc Dugas / Johnny Talk Talk) in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
MISSION
The mission of Unique Corn is to organize and promote collective art exhibitions with often wacky, humorous and fun themes, with the following objectives:
1. SHED LIGHT on the idea that there is a place for humor and fun in the Fine Arts.
2. BUILD A BRIDGE between what is called the "High Brow Art", which is generally considered the "Fine Arts", and "Low Brow Art", which is usually classified as "Underground Art". Both of these worlds are going strong now in parallel universes, but never seem to meet. Unique Corn seeks to marry all these styles together in one space, and in a fun way that works.
3. INSPIRE ARTISTS to possibly explore topics outside their usual work, or their comfort zone, and have fun doing it!
Unique Corn is now based in Montreal, QC.
